Designing a Phone Case From Scratch: Sign-Up to Doorstep

Open Custom Studio and tell it which phone you carry
Start by opening Custom Studio on the CASETiFY UK site and choosing your device. The list runs deep. On the iPhone side it covers the iPhone 18 Pro Max, iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone Duo, the 17 family including iPhone Air and iPhone 17e, the 16 and 15 lines, and older models down to the iPhone 11 Pro Max. Galaxy owners are covered across the S series, from the S26 Ultra to the S20, and the Z series, including the Z Flip8 and Z Fold8 Ultra. Pixel runs from the 11 Pro XL back to the Pixel 7 and Pixel Fold.
Then pick the case type. Custom Studio lists the Glaze Case, the Impact Case, the Impact Ring Stand Case and the Compact Case, and there is a Compare Cases page on the site if you want to see them side by side.

A photo, a line of text, a handful of stickers
Now the design itself. CASETiFY began in 2011 as an idea to turn Instagram photos into phone cases, and uploading a picture is still the most direct route. Pull a shot from your camera roll and place it on the case you chose.
If you would rather build something than upload something, the customization service also works with text, stickers, monograms and backgrounds, and personalisation now extends to fonts, patterns and colours as well as photos. Type a name, add a line that means something to the person who will carry it, and arrange stickers around it.
There is a third door too. Custom Studio includes a Co-Lab and Prints route, so you can begin from selected collaboration designs rather than an empty case, and a Customize Inspiration section for ideas before you commit. The brand works with galleries, museums and artists on its designs, which is where a lot of that artwork comes from.
Match the accessories before you check out
Custom Studio does not stop at phone cases. The same personalisation is offered on the Snappy MagSafe Wallet, the Snappy Cardholder Stand, the Snappy Grip Stand and earbuds cases, so the things you carry together can share one design.

Checkout, then watching it get made
At checkout, the shipping methods available for your location and their costs are shown on screen, so the final total is in front of you before you confirm. CASETiFY ships worldwide, though standard shipping may not be available in some countries because of logistic limitations.
Here is the part worth knowing before you press buy: every product is made to order. Total delivery time is production time plus shipping time, not shipping alone. Track Order sits in the site header, so you can follow the order through rather than guess where it is.
If something is not right on arrival, you can request a return or exchange within 10 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking record. Returns need prior communication and must come back by a registered, traceable service; in-person returns are not accepted. Orders placed in December as Christmas gifts have until 10 days after 25 December.

What arrives is not something that sat in a warehouse waiting for a buyer. It is your picture, your name or your chosen print, produced once you placed the order.
There is weight behind the service too: 15 years, more than 300 collaborations, 20 million devices protected and over 70 stores, with CASETiFY STUDiOs in countries including the United Kingdom. The UK concession opened at Selfridges, 400 Oxford Street, London, and includes an in-store customisation area with a case-making machine, if you would like to watch one being made before ordering online.
The brand names CASETiFY.com, an official CASETiFY retail store or an authorised dealer, distributor or retailer as the safest ways to buy an authentic product, and authentic products carry a QR code tag that helps verify them. The production clock only starts when the order does, so the sooner you design it, the sooner it reaches your door.
